Ein Logbuch:Netzpolitik Spezial zur Beobachtung des bundesdeutschen Parlamentswesens

Tim spricht heute mit Sabrina Gehder, Macherin des Podcasts "Parlamentsrevue" und Entwicklerin der Website "Bundestagszusammenfasser" die einen stets aktuellen Überblick über die Prozesse des Bundestags im Hinblick auf die Entwicklung, Diskussion und Verabschiedung von Gesetzen liefert. Wir sprechen über ihre Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse aus der Beobachtung des Parlaments und den Entwicklungswegen, die Gesetze so nehmen, welche Gesetze derzeit primär das Digitale für Bürger und Wirtschaft regeln und wie Gesetze das Digitale des Staates regeln. Genauer sprechen wir dann noch über das jüngst gescheiterte Onlinezugangsgesetz 2.0 und was vielleicht nötig wäre, um dem Staat in Sachen Digitalisierung wirklich Beine zu machen. Außerdem diskutieren wir das Bürokratiemonster Cannabisgesetz und die jüngste Zerforschung von Anbietern für die Verwaltung von Cannabis Social Clubs.

Die 18-jährige Arzu hat sich in einer Bäckerei in einen vier Jahre älteren Arbeitskollegen verliebt. Die Beziehung muss das Paar jedoch geheim halten, denn Arzus Familie ist dagegen. Die junge Frau gehört der ethnisch-religiösen Minderheit der Jesiden an, und da erlegt ihre Familie ihr auch im nordrhein-westfälischen Detmold strenge Regeln auf. Arzu will sich aber nicht vorschreiben lassen, wie sie zu leben hat. Eine tödliche Entscheidung. Denn als sie in ein Frauenhaus flüchtet, machen sich ihre Geschwister auf die Suche nach ihr - und finden sie schließlich. Danach ist Arzu verschwunden. Mehr als zwei Monate wird nach ihr gesucht, bis ihre Leiche gefunden wird. Obwohl für die Polizei schnell feststeht, dass Arzus Familie für ihren Tod verantwortlich ist, müssen sie Beweise finden. Jürgen Heinz leitete damals als Erster Kriminalhauptkommissar die Ermittlungen. Im Gespräch mit Rudi Cerne und Conny Neumeyer schildert er, wie es ihm gelungen ist, die Mauer des Schweigens zu durchbrechen und Arzus Mörder ihrer gerechten Strafe zuzuführen. Außerdem im Podcast: Anwältin Brigitta Biehl. Im Namen des Vereins Peri e.V. kämpft sie seit Jahren gegen die Unterdrückung von Frauen und Männern in patriarchalischen Strukturen in Deutschland. Sie war beim Prozess zum Mord an Arzu anwesend und schildert ihre Eindrücke.
